Briefing Report: CloudZero Makes Sure Your Cloud Spend Isn’t Wasteful
Not all that long ago, it was de rigueur for growing companies to spend money as quickly as possible. Cash incineration was fine, as long as there was growth. Cloud costs? Who cares? Cloud is the fastest way to market, so let’s go go go. We’ll figure out efficiency later. Ah, the heady days of ZIRP.
Well…it’s later. Incinerating cash is no longer trendy. Show a profit, or else funding might go away. (Like in ye olden days of startups where we worked in fear that the next week would never come, because sometimes it didn’t. But I digress.)
