The Network Behind The Scenes At the 2025 Ryder Cup

The Ryder Cup is a golf tournament that pits an American team against a European team. It’s held every other year at golf courses either in the US or Europe. The 2025 competition took place September 25-28 at Bethpage Black, a public golf course in Long Island, New York.

HPE is the technology partner for the Ryder Cup. I had the opportunity* to get a behind-the-scenes look at the wireless and wired infrastructure and on-site NOC used to support the event. | READ NOW

*Disclosure: HPE paid for two nights of accommodation in New York City, meals and drink, and provided transportation to and from the golf course. They also gave me a Ryder Cup baseball cap, which I passed along to a neighbor who likes golf.
